Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Orders ship within one business day (orders ship same day if placed successfully before noon PST), and arrive within 3-7 business days for the contiguous US. Expedited options are not currently available but are coming soon.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — all orders over $75 ship free to the contiguous 48 states. Orders under $75 ship at a flat rate of $8.99.
Do you ship to Alaska and Hawaii?
Yes, we ship to Alaska and Hawaii. Shipping rates are calculated based on order weight at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time. We currently ship to the contiguous US, Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories only.
Orders
Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly, so changes and cancellations may not always be possible. Contact us as soon as possible after placing your order and we'll do our best to help.
What if my order arrives damaged?
We're sorry to hear that — please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the damage and we'll make it right.
How do I track my order?
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Returns
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unopened, factory sealed items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We'll provide a prepaid return label and deduct the cost from your refund. Return shipping is free for defective items or shipping errors on our part.
How do I start a return?
Contact us through our contact page with your order number and reason for return and we'll get you sorted.

Are your products genuine?
Yes — we are an authorized retailer for every product line we carry. All products are 100% genuine and sourced through official distribution channels; in many cases directly from the brand.
Do you offer pre-orders?

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, Shop Pay, and PayPal.
